A Sonae Sierra abriu, no ano passado, um conjunto de 300 novas lojas nos centros comerciais que gere em Portugal, anunciou a empresa em comunicado. No total, estes novos espaços empregam agora 1.700 pessoas.

O Colombo, em Lisboa, e o maior e mais importante shopping da empresa, foi onde se registaram mais aberturas – nove para ser exacto. São elas a Michael Kors, Montblanc, El Ganso, Lefties, Selfish, Aristocrazy, Sfera e ainda uma Padaria Portuguesa e o restaurante Monte Mar. Além disso, ainda este ano, na primavera, inaugura uma loja da marca britânica Top Shop. Terá mil metros quadrados de área e ficará junto à Lefties, no espaço anteriormente ocupado pela Sportzone, que entretanto desceu ao piso 0, mesmo ao lado da loja da Disney.

No NorteShopping, em Matosinhos, e que é o segundo maior centro da marca (e está em obras de alargamento) também houve algumas novidades, nomeadamente aberturas da Fred Perry, Brownie e da sapataria Clarks.

De resto, a Sonae Sierra destaca ainda no comunicado as novas lojas da Tous no Algarveshopping, da Adidas, Lion of Porches, Eggcellent e Selfish no CascaiShopping; da Sfera, Sephora, L’Bouvardia e Hard Stone Café no ArrábidaShopping; da Kiko Milano e da Apple no MadeiraShopping; dos serviços da Real Transfer e da WIdex no Gaiashopping, do ginásio Fitness Hut no CoimbraShopping e ainda da Porto Lovers, Time Out Jeans e Maria & Co. no ViaCatarina, no Porto, shopping onde abriu também uma loja da Tiger.
