Valores médios rondam os quatro mil euros/m2, mas já há apartamentos a dez mil euros/m2, o mesmo que custa em Paris

O mercado imobiliário já começou a recuperar, mas é em Lisboa que os preços mais sobem e principalmente na Baixa, no Chiado, na Avenida da Liberdade e no Bairro Alto. Aqui, os aumentos foram de 18% a 30% entre 2014 e 2015, com os preços médios a chegar aos quatro mil euros/m2. Até já há casas no Chiado e na Av. da Liberdade a sete e dez mil euros/m2, ou seja, o mesmo preço que em Paris.

De acordo com os dados do Confidencial Imobiliário, a empresa de estatísticas do setor, estas zonas foram as únicas a registar subidas tão elevadas entre 2014 e 2015. Nas restantes 21 freguesias analisadas, os preços/m2 subiram entre 1,25% e 11,4%, ou seja, os preços pedidos em Lisboa subiram 9%.

A explicar esta realidade está o crescente interesse dos estrangeiros por Lisboa e, em particular, pelo centro histórico.
