As pessoas que vivem juntas já não precisam de ter a mesma morada fiscal (ou no Cartão do Cidadão) para que o fisco reconheça a união de facto.

Número de casais no desemprego aumentou

Até agora, aos olhos da administração fiscal, apenas era considerada união de facto a situação de duas pessoas que apresentavam a mesma morada fiscal há pelo menos dois anos.

Com a reforma do IRS, que entrou em vigor em janeiro de 2015 (e cujos efeitos começarão agora a ser sentidos, com a entrega da declaração anual), o fisco passa também a aceitar como estando neste regime pessoas que mantém domicílios fiscais diferentes.
