Regras das reformas antecipadas vão mudar, anunciou ministro do Emprego e da Segurança Social

Vieira da Silva, ministro da Solidariedade, Emprego e Segurança Social, disse esta quarta-feira na SIC Notícias que “o Orçamento para a Segurança Social será equilibrado e dará resposta aos compromissos assumidos pelo Governo”, revelando ainda que o Governo vai alterar as regras de acesso à reforma antecipada.

No programa ‘Negócios da Semana’, o ministro explicou que muitos contribuintes são penalizados por não terem conhecimento do valor real da pensão antes do pedido de reforma antecipada, situação que o novo modelo prevê combater.

As novas regras, indicou Vieira da Silva, darão “à pessoa uma oportunidade de pensar duas vezes antes de embarcar numa solução que pode parecer interessante do ponto de vista do curto prazo, mas que tem atrás de si cortes que podem chegar a 50% do valor da pensão, que a pessoa poderia ter direitos se permanecesse mais tempo no mercado do trabalho”.
